Jenifer Headley has a long history of work experience in the nutrition and healthcare industries. Jenifer began their career in 2003 as a Nutritionist at WIC. In 2004, they worked as a Clinical Dietitian II at Hoag Hospital and as an Outpatient Bariatric Dietitian at Quincy Medical Center. In 2010, they took on the role of Nutrition Writer at LiveStrong.com. In 2011, they worked as a Clinical Specialist at Abbott Nutrition. Finally, from 2016 to the present, they have held the roles of Global Sales Enablement Manager, Global Sales Enablement, Senior Manager, and Clinical Sales Specialist at Prolacta Bioscience.

Jenifer Headley attended the University of Rhode Island from 1998 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics. Jenifer then completed their Dietetic Internship at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in 2003. Jenifer also participated in a Semester at Sea program.
