Tom Henschel is an accomplished leadership coach and president of Essential Communications, specializing in coaching executives to master presentation skills, influence, and communication. With extensive experience as a founding coach at Corporate Coaching International and senior coach at Aria Consulting and Arden Coaching, Tom Henschel has collaborated with a diverse array of industries, including biotech, defense, and entertainment. A former actor and director with over 25 years of experience in various studios and theatres, Tom Henschel also contributed as a member of the Forbes Coaches Council and held the position of past president at ATD-LA. Tom Henschel holds a BFA in Drama from The Juilliard School.
