Tom Napoli has extensive experience in inside sales management, currently serving as the Western Regional Inside Sales Manager at PUI since March 1987. In this role, Tom oversees inside sales teams and support staff for the West Coast at an electronics distributor specializing in IPE components, managing existing profiles and key accounts in collaboration with field sales representatives. Prior to this position, Tom worked as a distributor inside sales representative at Kyocera International from September 1983 to March 1987, handling sales for a manufacturer of leaded and SMT capacitors. Tom earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business with a concentration in Economics from UCLA from 1981 to 1983 and attended the University of California, Riverside from 1979 to 1981.
