Leyla Miray Kaya is an accomplished program manager with extensive experience in supply chain management across various sectors. Currently at project44 as a Program Manager since April 2022, Leyla drives multiphase customer implementations within the software (SaaS) industry to ensure timely and compliant deliverables. Previous roles include serving as EU Supply Chain Manager at Spin, where Leyla managed market launch projects, logistics operations, and procurement processes, and as a Supply Chain Project Engineer at WMG, University of Warwick, where Leyla conducted government-backed projects across diverse industries. Leyla's career also includes significant roles at Bayer, advancing from Global Supply Chain Management Trainee to Supply Network Planner, where Leyla led allocation projects and managed inventory levels. Leyla holds a Master's Degree in Management from UCL and an Engineer's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
