John Fitzgerald has extensive experience in the logistics and supply chain industry. John started their career in 1970 as a Regional Sales Manager for Airborne Freight Corporation. John then worked for Fritz Companies, Inc where they held various positions including Director of National Accounts and Vice President. During their time at Fritz Companies, they developed a National Account Program and achieved consistent growth in revenue. John also worked as Vice President Global Sales for Harper Group/Circle International. From 2001 to 2007, John served as the Regional Vice President for UPS Supply Chain Solutions, leading the Retail Consumer Products Sector sales team. John successfully closed long-term logistics contracts with many strategic global customers. Following that, they joined Seko Worldwide as the Vice President Global Sales, where they grew overall sales and implemented various sales and training processes. John also worked as the Director of Business Development at GT Nexus, an Infor Company, focusing on delivering cloud computing solutions. Finally, in 2017, John became the Co-Founder of the Supply Chain Forum of SWFL. Currently, they are serving as the VP of Business Development at project44, where they are responsible for improving logistics and transportation systems with realtime connectivity solutions.
John Fitzgerald has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Data Processing from Loyola University Chicago. John also attended St Pat's HS, but the specific degree or field of study is not provided. In addition, they completed Officer Candidate School in the United States Marine Corps, specializing in Military and Strategic Leadership.
