Kaydee Dahlin is an accomplished finance and administration professional with extensive experience in managing organizational integrity and financial operations. Currently serving as the Director of Finance & Administration/Chief Financial Officer at Project Soar since November 2014, Kaydee oversees financial management, reporting, compliance, and budgeting for multiple country offices. Additionally, as a Family & Kids Yoga Teacher at Family Yoga since May 2014, Kaydee integrates performing arts and storytelling into children's yoga, developing a unique curriculum. Previous roles include Senior Project Manager at Management Systems International, where Kaydee managed international assistance programs, and an MBA Fellowship with Ashoka, focusing on women's empowerment through microloans. Kaydee holds a Master of Business Administration from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey and dual bachelor's degrees in French Literature and International Relations from the University of Minnesota.
