Terry Bancesco has held various roles in the field of maintenance and property management throughout their career, working for companies such as Project Sanctuary, Summit Ministries, and Flowers Foods & Subsidiaries. They have experience as a maintenance manager, lead engineering technician, and maintenance technician in industrial and facilities maintenance. Prior to their current roles, they worked as a residential real estate appraiser and reserve stock replenishment manager. Terry Bancesco has a high school education from Bellerose Composite High School.
