James Clark is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and safety within military and government contexts. Currently serving as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Project + Quality Solutions since March 2019, James previously held roles as a Safety Officer and Accident Investigator at Laulima Government Solutions, where research studies were conducted for DoD agencies to improve safety measures. James also served as the Accident Investigation Board President at the U.S. Army Combat Readiness Center, leading investigations into accidents and providing expert analysis and recommendations. Additional roles include Executive Officer and Chief of Operation for the 4th Brigade Special Troops Battalion, and Security Force Assistance Team Chief in the U.S. Army. James holds a Master of Administration in Organizational Leadership from Central Michigan University, a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration from Weber State University, and an Associate of Science in General Studies from Dixie State University.
