Dhruti Joshi is a seasoned Project and Program Manager with extensive experience in digital and data project management, recognized for leadership in agile delivery and strategic program execution. Currently serving as the Digital & Data Project/Program Manager at SEPHORA since May 2021, Dhruti has been nominated and awarded the WOW (What an Outstanding Work) Award for outstanding contributions. In addition to current responsibilities, Dhruti holds the position of Chief Program Officer for the PMI - San Francisco Bay Area Chapter, driving impactful programs focused on mentorship and professional development, and has received accolades for leadership. Previous roles include significant positions at Wells Fargo, where Dhruti led agile transformation initiatives, and at Bank of the West, overseeing technology project management and user acceptance testing.
