Abdullah Hashmat is an experienced professional in contracts and grants management, currently serving as the Director of Contracts and Grants at Project HOPE since April 2023. Prior to this role, Abdullah held positions such as Deputy Director of Contracts at the United States Energy Association from February 2022 to March 2023, and Contracts Compliance Manager at PMI Impact Malaria and Population Services International. Abdullah has also worked as a Grants and Contracts Manager at SKO and as Deputy Team Leader for Contracts and Grants at ABADE/IESC, alongside roles as Senior Consultant at Afghanistankomiteen and Grants, Contracts, and Procurement Manager at FAIR/Management Systems International. Abdullah's extensive experience includes managing acquisitions and assistance at the Education Development Center.
