Duane Eggerman, LCSW-C, is a licensed clinical social worker with extensive experience in mental health and addiction counseling. Currently, Eggerman serves as a Mental Health Therapist at Project Chesapeake since June 2019, bringing expertise in co-facilitating therapy groups and conducting mental health intake assessments. Prior roles include Addictions Counselor at Mountain Manor Treatment Center and Social Work Trainee at the Veterans Administration Medical Center, where Eggerman implemented various therapeutic approaches such as Motivational Interviewing and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Eggerman’s education includes a Master of Social Work from the University of Maryland School of Social Work and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from the University of Maryland Baltimore County, along with an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Human Services from Anne Arundel Community College.
