Anoud Bakri currently serves as the Assistant Director of Health Care Partnerships and Nutrition Services Coordinator at Project Bread since December 2021. Previously, Anoud held the role of InSHAPE Program Director at Massachusetts Mental Health Center from February 2018 to February 2022 and worked as an InShape Health Mentor at the same institution from April 2017 to February 2018. Additional experience includes positions as a Nutrition Instructor at Urban Farm Kitchen and a Health Enthusiast at The Vitamin Shoppe. Anoud's professional background also encompasses educational consulting and project management roles in the pharmaceutical and publishing industries. Anoud holds a Master of Science in Applied Nutrition from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Food Sciences from the University of Jordan.
