Laura Callaway is an experienced Customer Success Manager at Project 3 Consulting, LLC, since February 2023. Prior to this role, Laura served as General Manager at Bank-Fund Staff Federal Credit Union from June 2009 to January 2021, overseeing the performance of over 65 staff members in the contact center.
