Cristiana Ionescu is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience spanning over a decade. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Specialist at Prohuman Romania since September 2021, Cristiana excels in payroll administration, employee benefits management, and compliance with legislation. Previous experience includes roles at Humangest Romania where Cristiana worked as a Human Resources Specialist, managing payroll and personnel administration for clients in both Italy and Romania, and as a Recruitment Consultant, leading recruitment projects. Cristiana holds a Master’s degree in HR Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Economic Management from ASE Bucharest.
