Mikko Mattila has a diverse background in various industries and roles. Mikko currently works at Prohoc as Lead Excellence, where they focus on operational excellence, employee value creation, and management and leadership. Prior to this, Mikko worked at Wärtsilä as a Sourcing Manager, where they were responsible for strategic sourcing, supplier development, and product management. Mikko also has experience working at Verohallinto as a Process Supervisor, where they focused on competence development, operational development, and management. Earlier in their career, Mikko worked as a Lecturer at Turku University of Applied Sciences. Overall, Mikko has a strong background in process improvement, leadership, and strategic planning.

Mikko Mattila completed their education at two different universities. From 2000 to 2007, they attended the University of Turku, where they pursued a Master of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science. Later, from 2014 to 2016, they enrolled at the University of Vaasa and obtained a Master of Science degree in Economics and Business Administration.
