Tyson Hodson is an experienced sales and training professional with a background in call center management and customer service. Currently serving as a Sales Agent at Progrexion since August 2020, Tyson also held a Trainer position at Focus Services from March 2018 to March 2022, where responsibilities included training Customer Service and Sales agents. Additionally, Tyson managed the inbound portion of the call center as an Assistant Director and oversaw a team of ten as a Coach, ensuring efficient operations on the floor. Prior to this, Tyson gained experience as a Food Service Worker at Five Guys Enterprises from January 2018 to August 2018. Tyson completed education at Ogden-Weber Technical College in 2013.
