Ginger Rozas possesses extensive experience in human resources and safety management, currently serving as the Human Resources & Safety Manager at Progressive Tractor and Implement since June 2018, specializing in agriculture and construction retail. In addition, Ginger has been a Human Resources Manager and Consultant at GSR Consulting Group, LLC since June 2017, focusing on HR and safety compliance. Previously, Ginger held the position of Vice President at Slick Construction Co., Inc. from 1988 to 2017, where responsibilities included oil and gas construction and maintenance, pipeline and plant installation, and concrete work.
