Connie Washington has a strong background in human resources, with over 15 years of experience. Connie has held a variety of roles in different organizations, including Progressive Leasing, Helix Education, Visionworxx LLC, Alliance Health Networks, ADP, and Smith Sport Optics.

Currently, Connie is the Vice President People Partners and DEI at Progressive Leasing, where they have been since February 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Sr. Director Talent, Culture and Diversity at the same company from December 2019 to February 2022. Before joining Progressive Leasing, Connie worked as the Director of Talent and Culture at the company from May 2017 to February 2022.
