Patty Lamm is a seasoned professional in corporate governance with extensive experience across multiple renowned organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Corporate Governance Specialist at Progressive Insurance since January 2024, Patty previously held the position of Director of Corporate Governance and Securities at Maxar Technologies from September 2010 to November 2023, where responsibilities included managing corporate governance and compliance for both domestic and international subsidiaries, as well as filing applications and notices with the NYSE and SEC. Additional experience includes roles as Senior Manager of Corporate Affairs at ICO Global Communications and Senior Corporate Paralegal at Cooley Godward LLP, complemented by foundational experience as a Senior Legal Assistant at Kirkpatrick & Lockhart. Patty holds a Master of Jurisprudence in Compliance and Risk Management from Drake University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania.
