General Manager, Customer Experience Strategy at Progressive

Heather Day is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy and management within the insurance industry. Currently serving as the General Manager of Customer Experience Strategy and Agency Sales & Distribution at Progressive Insurance since 2015, Heather leads teams across Personal Lines and Commercial Lines to provide independent agents with competitive products and insights. Heather has also held key roles at Progressive, including Executive Sponsor for the Parent Connection Employee Resource Group and Process Leader for Preferred Marketing. Prior to this, Heather held various marketing and product management positions at Progressive from 2005 to 2014 and worked as a Financial Analyst at International Paper. Earlier experience includes roles at Unisys Corporation, where Heather managed consulting projects and developed global marketing programs. Heather holds an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School, a Master’s in International Relations from the University of Southern California, and a Bachelor's in Interdisciplinary Studies from Miami University.
