Michael Hopkins, AIA, currently serves as Senior Design Architect at Progressive Companies since February 2021. Previously held positions include Adjunct Professor at Lawrence Technological University, where responsibilities included overseeing a Comprehensive Design Studio for graduate students. At Harley Ellis Devereaux (HED), Michael was an Associate and Senior Designer, focusing on healthcare, corporate commercial, and higher education projects. Experience as a Project Designer at Stantec involved leading designs for higher education facilities, while co-founding and working as a Designer at MWEST - Midwest Design Studio emphasized innovative design practices. Previous roles also include Project Designer at SHW Group and Intern Architect positions at A3C Collaborative Architecture and Rossetti. Michael holds a Master's degree in Architecture from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from Lawrence Technological University.
