Michael J. Flowers serves as the Manager of Salesforce Product at Progress Residential® since March 2020, where responsibilities include driving innovative solutions and supporting the launch of Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud Applications. Previously, Michael held various roles at HotChalk, Inc., including Information Technology Application Development Manager, Senior Business Analyst, and Training and Development Specialist, managing projects and Salesforce administration. Prior experience includes enrollment advisory roles at Kaplan University and Grand Canyon University, and a teaching position at Rio Salado College. Michael holds a Master of Education in Adult Education and Training and a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership from Grand Canyon University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
