Lynette Roots is an experienced data analyst with a strong proficiency in SQL and business intelligence tools. Currently serving as a Senior Data Analyst at Progress Residential® since October 2022, Lynette focuses on data organization, communication of findings to varied stakeholders, and continuous improvement of data processes. Previously, Lynette held roles such as Senior Business Intelligence Analyst at PracticePro 365, where expertise in PowerBI was applied, and IT Data Analyst at Silverton Mortgage, responsible for reporting and analytics projects. Additional experience includes operations performance analysis at VITAS Healthcare, as well as early career positions in property management and retail. Lynette holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems and an Associate of Arts in Legal Assistant/Paralegal from Keiser University.
