Terry Nixon has over 20 years of experience in information technology, currently serving as the IT Manager for Global HRIS at Progress Rail, a Caterpillar Company, since December 2007. In this role, Terry leads a team of IT professionals to support enterprise HR, payroll, and timekeeping solutions, while being involved in change management and user acceptance testing strategies. Prior to this, Terry worked as an IT Support Specialist at Marvins Building Supply from August 2002 to December 2007, facilitating the rollout of new stores and supporting hardware and software for existing locations, as well as troubleshooting POS equipment. Terry holds an Associate degree in Applied Computer Science Technology from Snead State Community College.
