Jens Findel is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development and operations within the rail industry. Currently serving as the Director of Business Development and Director of Operations at Progress Rail, a Caterpillar Company, since November 2019, Jens has held critical positions at Vossloh Cogifer as Chief Operating Officer and at Vossloh Fastening Systems as Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President of Operations. Previous roles include serving as Executive Assistant to the CTO at VOSSLOH and various managerial positions at Vossloh Locomotives GmbH, where responsibilities ranged from head of spare part business to project management.
