Stephán Sanchéz has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Stephán started their career as a professional athlete in the cycling industry, representing Quickstep Cyprus and Caja Rural Granada from 2011 to 2016. After their athletic career, they worked as an HHSC Case Worker at MAXIMUS from 2016 to 2017.

In 2018, they transitioned into the business development field, first joining GLG as a Council Development Associate. In this role, they worked with clients worldwide, connecting them with professionals who could provide knowledge and insight. Stephán also provided ad hoc consulting services to these professionals.
