Sasikumar R has extensive work experience in the IT industry, spanning over 13 years. Sasikumar started their career as an XML Process Executive at Advent Global Solutions in 2010. In 2011, they joined Encore Theme Technologies Private Limited as an AS400 Developer. After two years, they transitioned to Mindtree and served as a Senior Software Engineer, where they were responsible for requirement analysis, estimation, and technical design. In 2015, Sasikumar joined Cognizant Technology Solutions as an Associate, and then moved to Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) in 2016, where they worked as an IT Analyst. Sasikumar was later promoted to Assistant Consultant in 2019, and continued working at TCS until 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Software Engineer at Programmers.io, which they joined in June 2023.

Sasikumar R completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Computer Science from SBK between the years 2003 and 2006. Following that, they pursued a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree at SCE, Dharmapuri from 2006 to 2009.
