Gaylon Pinc is the Owner and Senior Environmental Program Manager at Program Management Group, L.L.C. Gaylon also held the role of Chapter Director at Oklahoma Society of Professional Engineers and served as the Manager of Environmental and Engineering Services at INDIAN NATIONS COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS. Gaylon holds a Master's Degree in Bio-environmental Engineering from Oklahoma State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
