John Underwood has extensive experience in digital marketing and project management, currently serving as the Head of CRM at Profusion since February 2016, where responsibilities include managing marketing automation and delivering high-quality digital campaigns. Prior to this role, John held various positions at Profusion, such as Head of Campaign Management and Projects Team Lead, overseeing teams and digital transformation projects. John’s career began at UBM plc, where roles included Digital Manager and Digital Project Manager, with notable achievements such as successfully managing a virtual training fair that evolved into the largest UK careers event for Armed Forces leavers. John holds a BSc in Internet Product Design from the University of Bradford.
