Taylor Ponder is an accomplished professional in supply chain management with a focus on strategic sourcing and supplier relationship enhancement. Currently serving as Supply Chain Manager at ProFrac Services since May 2023, Taylor oversees $100MM+ in Repair & Maintenance contracts and champions ethical sourcing standards. Prior experience includes a role as Category Specialist III at Pioneer Natural Resources Company, where Taylor managed over $200MM in supplier agreements, and as Special Account Manager at Pumpco Energy Services, where Taylor excelled in client relations and logistics. Earlier positions included responsibilities in workforce lodging coordination and inventory management, as well as supervisory duties in water rescue operations.
