Martijn van den Berg is an experienced Oracle HCM Implementation Consultant at Profource since September 2019, specializing in the implementation of Oracle Cloud HRM modules, including Core HR, Time and Labor, and Talent Management. Prior to this role, Martijn served as a Finance Consultant and Policy Advisor for the Gemeente Zwijndrecht from January 2018 to August 2019, focusing on initiatives related to citizen well-being and the development of monitoring tools for poverty reduction. Martijn contributed as a project team member in the 'Know What You Can' initiative, collaborating on research for services aimed at individuals with mild intellectual disabilities. Educational credentials include a Master of Public Administration (MPA) and a Bachelor in Public Administration from Erasmus University Rotterdam, along with a VWO diploma from Insula College.
