With extensive experience as an Executive Coach for MACH4 Ventures and Prudential Financial, Dr. Lepore specializes in business strategy and revitalizing leadership. Academic contributions include adjunct faculty roles at Pacific College of Health and Science and NYU School of Professional Studies, along with a position as Vice President of Operations at the Association for Talent Development, New York City Chapter.
