Dianela Castellanos MS, ODL, is an experienced professional in the fields of culture, inclusion, and leadership coaching. Currently serving as the Manager of Culture & Inclusion at RMI and concurrently as a Leadership Coach with ProFound, Dianela focuses on fostering disability-inclusive leadership and enhancing accessibility across organizations. Previous roles include various program management positions at Comcast, where responsibilities spanned from assessments to talent experience, and case management at Seven Counties Services. Dianela holds a Master's degree in Organizational Dynamics and Leadership Development from Saint Joseph's University, along with multiple undergraduate degrees from Spalding University in Natural Sciences and Psychology, and completed graduate studies in Psychology at Widener University, alongside a certification from the University of Kentucky in Medical Clinical Sciences.
