Viktor Lindholm has a diverse work experience with a focus on design engineering. Viktor is currently working as a Design Engineer at Profoto since April 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Kuyabano Design Studio AB as a Design Engineer from October 2019 to March 2022. Viktor also has experience as an Acoustic Consultant at Brekke & Strand from September 2019 to November 2019. Before that, they worked as a Mechanical Design Engineer at DevPort AB from November 2018 to March 2019. One of their notable roles was as a Mechanical Design Engineer at PROSE from November 2016 to October 2018, where they were responsible for mechanical design, coordinating sub-suppliers, strategic purchase, and assembly-line work. Viktor also worked as a Master Thesis Student at the Department of Social Welfare and Development from October 2015 to June 2016, where they conducted a Human-centered Design project focused on solving issues within the Philippines welfare program 4Ps. Viktor'swork involved conducting a literature study, field research, and surveys with beneficiaries.

Viktor Lindholm obtained their Master's Degree in Industrial Design Engineering from Luleå University of Technology between the years 2010 and 2016.
