Filip Sandell's work experience begins in 2012 when they worked as a Thesis student at Scania. In 2013, they were a Summer Employee at Scania in the Brake Performance department. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as a Teaching/Lab Assistant at Linköping University. In 2014, they joined EDAG as a Technical Consultant until 2016. Also in 2014, they started working at Volvo Car Group as a Powertrain Package Leader, a role they held until 2017 when they transitioned to the position of System Program Leader. In 2018, they joined ALTEN as a Project Manager Consultant until 2019. At the same time, they also worked at Scania Group as a Project Manager - Product introductions chassis production from 2018 to 2019. Currently, they work at Profoto as a Project Manager starting from October 2019.

Filip Sandell completed their education at Linköping University. Filip first pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Construction, which they successfully completed from 2009 to 2012. Recognizing their passion for further academic growth, they then accepted admission into the university's Master's degree program in Mechanical Engineering. From 2012 to 2014, they dedicated their time and efforts to develop their expertise in this field, ultimately earning their Master's degree.
