Niko Kantouros is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and customer success. Currently serving as the VP of Customer Operations and previously as the Director of Customer Success at Proformex since February 2019, Niko contributes to enhancing customer experiences. Additionally, Niko has held the position of VP of Operations at SimplicityPOS since February 2014, focusing on linking hospitality POS systems through a unified cloud-based interface. Prior roles include Implementation Engineer at Descartes MacroPoint, Solutions Manager at TTL Systems, and Implementation Consultant at TMW Systems. Niko began a career as a Project Engineer at Shook Construction, managing large-scale projects and overseeing budgeting and supplier relationships. Niko holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering from The University of Toledo.
