Mary Jane Miller is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical operations and health information management. Currently serving as the Technical Operations Manager at Proformex since June 2021, Mary Jane previously held the position of Delivery Manager at IBM Watson Health from January 2017 to June 2021, where responsibilities included consulting for IT and health analytics teams. Prior to that, Mary Jane was the Director of Health Information and Document Management at Northeast Ohio Neighborhood Health Services, Inc., overseeing health information services and managing Patient Centered Medical Home Accreditation. Earlier in their career, Mary Jane worked as the New Business Development Manager at Applied Industrial Technologies, developing strategic business plans and presenting complex reports to company leadership. Mary Jane is an alumna of Cleveland State University, having completed studies between 1989 and 1995.
