Justin Leo serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Sales Officer at ProFormance Builder Solutions since September 2018, and has held the role of Vice President of Business Development in New Construction. Prior experience includes serving as a Brewery Representative for The Florida Brewery, CO Inc., and as a Partner at Crave & Copper. Justin's culinary background is extensive, having worked as a Customer Development Specialist at Gordon Food Service, and as the Director of Food & Beverage/Executive Chef at B in the Walt Disney World® Resort. Additional culinary roles include Executive Chef at Springs Food Service at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort, Senior Sous Chef at Hilton Bonnet Creek, Room Chef and Fine Dining Chef at Seneca Allegany, Sous Chef positions at EB Greens Steakhouse/Beaver Hollow and Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin. Justin holds an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Erie Community College and attended the University at Buffalo.
