Karla Castro is an experienced professional in customer success and market coordination within the tourism and hospitality sectors. Currently serving as the Regional Success Manager for LATAM and Spain at Profitroom since October 2021, Karla has held multiple roles within the company, advancing from Customer Success Manager to Senior Customer Success Manager. Prior to Profitroom, Karla was an Enterprise Account Executive at Asksuite Hotel Chatbot and served in various capacities at Expedia Group, where responsibilities included managing independent properties in iconic regions such as Tulum and Puerto Vallarta. Karla's career began at Orbitz Worldwide, where multiple roles involved coordinating market services across diverse Mexican regions. Karla holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sustainable Tourism in Hospitality from Universidad del Caribe, obtained in 2012.
