Kseniia Bariolo has a diverse work experience spanning from 2008 to 2023. Kseniia started their career as an Account Manager at Royal Advertising Independent Agency, where they conducted competitor, consumer, and market analysis for clients and coordinated team efforts. Kseniia then moved on to Business Constructor as an Account Project Manager, where they effectively managed client inquiries, presented company proposals, and prepared customized commercial proposals. In 2019, they joined SMART business as an Event Manager, where they organized various external and internal events, developed marketing strategies, and maintained the marketing budget. In 2020, Kseniia became a Global Account Manager at Acumen International, where they managed employment operations for staff in different countries. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Project Management at Profit Whales, where they lead teams, facilitates communication, identifies customer needs, develops sales strategies, and manages project goals and resources.

Kseniia Bariolo completed their Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy in 2012. Kseniia then pursued further studies and obtained a Master's degree in Economic Theory from the same university, graduating in 2014.
