Ted Capistrant is the Founder and President of Profit Builder Network, a business succession consulting firm established in December 2005, dedicated to helping business owners maximize their life's work. Previously, Ted served as Past President of the National Parkinson Foundation Minnesota from 2012 to 2016, and as an Advisor at Boyum & Barenscheer PLLP from 2009 to 2014. Ted has extensive experience in the insurance industry, having worked as Director of Life Policy Administration at Minnesota Life from April 1999 to September 2005, where management included overseeing a department of 100 employees and a $4.5 million annual operating budget. Ted also held the position of Vice President of Operations at Marsden Building Maintenance from April 1991 to April 1999, overseeing 3,300 employees and a $30 million operating budget, achieving significant profit growth during tenure. Ted holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Business Administration from the University of Minnesota Duluth, earned in 1989.
