Melisa Simsek has been serving as an Executive Assistant at Profiler GmbH since October 2015, closely collaborating with management on strategic and operational tasks, including the development and implementation of business strategies and managing change processes. Previously, Melisa held the position of Recruitment Associate at Profiler GmbH from April 2014 to September 2014, where responsibilities included research, social media recruitment, and candidate management in the IT and aerospace sectors. Melisa is currently pursuing a degree at Goethe University Frankfurt, expected to be completed in 2025.
