Dylan Havener currently serves as Plant Manager at Profile Precision Extrusions since September 2022, having held the positions of Assistant Plant Manager and Manufacturing Engineer within the same company. Prior to this role, Dylan worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at West Pharmaceutical Services from February 2021 to September 2022 and as Manufacturing Engineer II at Parker Aerospace from July 2018 to February 2021. Earlier experience includes a position as Strategic Planning Intern at Level 3 Communications from May 2016 to August 2017. Dylan holds a Master of Global Engineering Leadership from The Ohio State University, obtained between 2019 and 2021, and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Colorado School of Mines, completed from 2015 to 2018. Additional education includes studies at Glendale Community College from 2013 to 2015.
