Martin Schneider has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Martin started their career in 1990 as a Personalreferent at Mannesmann Demag Hüttentechnik. Later, they joined SCHWARZ PHARMA AG and held various roles, including Vice President Human Resources, Director Human Resources Global Operations, and Executive Vice President Human Resources. In 2007, they became the Personalleiter at UCB Pharma GmbH. From 2010 to 2014, they served as the Geschäftsführender Gesellschafter at TROCKLE Unternehmensberatung. Currently, they are working as the Executive Director Human Resources at Profil Institut für Stoffwechselforschung GmbH.

Martin Schneider has a Diploma in Business Administration from the Cologne University of Applied Sciences, which they obtained from 1986 to 1990. Martin also completed a Systemic Coach program at INEKO, Institut der Universität Köln from 2009 to 2010. Prior to their university education, Martin Schneider completed a training program in Industrial Management at Falke Garne GmbH from 1982 to 1984.
