Marten Bashiri has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Marten started their career as an IT Support at London Borough of Hillingdon in 2003 and later worked as a Network Administrator & Desktop Support at London Borough of Hounslow. In 2005, they joined Technicolor as a Network/Systems Engineer and continued working there until 2010. After that, they joined Technicolor again in 2011 as a Broadcast Network Support and later moved on to Deluxe Entertainment Services Group as a Network Support Analyst. In 2013, they joined Al Khor International School (AKIS) as a Senior Network Administrator and stayed with them until 2017. Marten then worked at GROSVENOR ESTATES LIMITED as a System Administrator (Interim) from May 2019 to December 2019. Currently, they are employed at Proficio as a Security Analyst since December 2019.

Marten Bashiri attended Fortismere High School from 1993 to 1995, where they studied Information Technology. Marten did not obtain a degree during this time. In 2013, Marten obtained a CCNA certification from Cisco. Later, in 2018, they obtained NSE 4 I, II certifications from Fortinet.
