Carlos A. began their work experience in 2016 as a Computer Assistant Technician at Generalitat de Catalunya. Carlos then worked as a Sales Assistant at Telyco Selección from July 2017 to January 2018. In June 2018, they worked as a Sales Promoter at BQ for a period of two months. From October 2018 to April 2019, Carlos worked in Customer Support at Fnac. Carlos joined Proficio in November 2019 as a Threat Analyst Trainee and later transitioned to the role of Associate Threat Analyst in April 2020. Currently, Carlos holds the position of Threat Analyst at Proficio, starting in February 2022.

Carlos A. began their education history in 2015 at the Institut Carles Vallbona, where they pursued a CFGM in Systems Microinformatics and Networks. Carlos attended this institution until 2017. Following this, Carlos A. enrolled at the Institut Anna Gironella de Mundet for a VET incorporation course in 2017, which they completed in 2018.

In 2018, Carlos A. joined the Institut Tecnològic de Barcelona and pursued a CFGS in Systems Administration of Computer Systems and Networks, specializing in Cybersecurity. Carlos completed this degree in 2020.

Carlos A. has also obtained several additional certifications. In June 2021, they received the Splunk Core Certified User certification from Splunk. In February 2022, they obtained the Splunk Core Certified Power User certification, again from Splunk. Carlos A. also holds the Carbon Black Foundations certification from VMware Carbon Black. Additionally, they have completed the Splunk Fundamentals 2 course, for which the date of certification is not provided.
