Martin Karlsen has extensive experience in customer service and recruitment, currently serving as Rekrutteringsansvarlig at ProffCom AS since September 2013 after an eight-year tenure as teamleder. Prior to this role, Martin held various positions including teamleder and fagansvarlig at Dagens Næringsliv. Previous work experience includes sales and customer service roles at VIP Agenturer AS and Color Line, as well as earlier positions in retail at Spaceworld and JACK & JONES. Martin holds fagbrev in Salg og Service from Sandefjord Videregående Skole and completed a lærling program in Salgsfaget.
