Haider Rizvi is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Team Leader for Track and Mechanical Design at Queensland Rail since 2021 and as an Engineer Registration Assessor for Professionals Australia since June 2023. Previously, Haider held the position of Principal Mechanical Engineer at Wabtec Control Systems from March 2020 to April 2021 and spent 14 years at Queensland Rail in various roles, including Team Leader for Track and Mechanical Engineering, Senior Mechanical Engineer, and Mechanical Engineer. Education includes a Master of Engineering in Computer Integrated Manufacture from Swinburne University of Technology (2002-2004) and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical from NED University of Engineering and Technology (1997-2000).
