Mike Shephard is an experienced Operations Manager and Area Manager in the security industry, with a background in managing multiple venues and establishments across north and central London. Mike has also worked as a Head door supervisor at an established busy Irish bar in the center of Brighton and Hove. Prior to this, Mike held positions as a Mobile Response operative, Door supervisor, and Assistant ops manager at The Consec Group, where Mike dealt with various duties and roles across Brighton and Hove and surrounding areas.
