Jeff Dixon, MBA, ACHE, Doctoral Student, has a diverse and extensive work experience. Jeff served in the US Army as a 1SG for 26 years, from September 1980 to August 2006. During this time, they gained valuable leadership and management skills.

After their military career, Jeff joined Professional Performance Development Group, Inc. as a Product Line Manager in August 2006. Here, they led a team of skilled professionals and successfully increased the customer base. Jeff also coached and mentored team members for career advancement.

In November 2012, Jeff became the Director of Business Development at the same company. In this role, they were responsible for seeking and capturing new opportunities and managing the proposal team.

In July 2015, Jeff was promoted to Vice President of Operations. Jeff led a team focused on contract management, government contracting industry knowledge, and forward-leaning strategies. Jeff ensured exceptional customer experiences by providing unmatched value and leading a visionary and collaborative team.

Jeff Dixon is currently a doctoral student in Business Administration, Management and Operations at the University of the Incarnate Word, starting in 2018 and expected to complete in 2021. Prior to their doctoral studies, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA-Resident) degree from the University of Phoenix from 2014 to 2016, specializing in Business Administration and Management, General. In 2014, they also obtained a certificate in Strategic Planning from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business. In 2013, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Management (BsBM) degree, focusing on Business Administration and Management with a specialization in Change Management, from the University of Phoenix. Additionally, they received a certificate from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management in 2013. Jeff also holds a GS degree in Occupational Education from Wayland B, although the specific start and end years are not provided.
